We happened by Chilham quite accidentally. How very fortunate for us. This delightful wee tea house, one of 2 cottages, is so filled with warm inviting vibes. Barry is a fabulous ambassador with quick wit and informative yarns to spin. We had the 2 scone, clotted cream and jam option, and a pot of tea. Delicious! Homemade scones filled with fruit, melt in ya mouth clotted cream.....mmmm, spectacular! Also, these tea rooms and some of this areas' frontage has appeared in period dramas. Fancy!! Thank you, Barry, and your amazing staff. You certainly made our wedding anniversary brekkie special.

Charming little tearoom in a picturesque setting, serving delicious cakes, cream teas, a good range of drinks and some nice lunch options. On arrival we were able to find a table easily, with the option of indoor or outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and provided a great service with a personal touch. The historic building gives the tea rooms a cozy atmosphere making for a memorable visit. Good value for a place with character.

Absolutely amazing food - prepared fresh. Mindfully sourced produce. Scones and English breakfast tea are out of this world! We will most definitely be going back. Super quaint building, family friendly. Staff are a delight. We've back time and time again, and the service and food are always to the highest and most incredible quality. Scones and cakes are made fresh on site by one of the owners - the wife, and the other owner - the husband, who is normally serving, has incredible knowledge on the history of the building- which is just incredible, fascinating and so humble. It is mine, and my partner's go to tearoom within the canterbury area. Thank you to the owners and the staff for creating such a wonderful, cosy, and inviting tearoom. You are all a treasure to the hospitality industry. We look forward to our next visit already.

We called in yesterday, group of 6 cyclists, for coffee and cake, we were met with a warm welcome on a chilly day. I had carrot cake which was fantastic and very fairly priced. hope to be back soon.

This is such a lovely place! From the design to the hospitality to the food - everything was excellent. I'd recommend getting a fruit scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam in particular - so incredibly delicious. The scone was served warm and tasted just perfect. The Earl Grey tea I had with milk was amazing as well. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Lovely little tea room with a good selection of cakes, scones and sandwiches etc. I run an afternoon tea/vintage china hire business but it’s still nice to try other people’s offerings. We weren’t disappointed. Rhubarb & custard cake with coffee for me and a cream tea for my husband. Staff really friendly and helpful. Well priced.
